House System

The House system occupies a prominent position in the field of co-curricular activities which are organized in a healthy competitive spirit. The school has been divided into four Houses:-
1.  Tagore House.
2.  Gandhi House.
3.  Subash House.
4.  Bhagat Singh House.
Each student is allotted a particular house at the time of admission and he/she continues to stay in the same house till the time he/she is in the school.
To involve the students in the smooth running of the school, each house is put on duty in turn for a week.
It helps the students to learn great ideas of self discipline, leadership and belongingness to the institution.

Parents Teachers Meet

The school periodically organizes parent’s-teacher’s meetings, where discussion may be arranged on child education and child welfare.

Career Counseling Cell

After thoughtful consideration and keeping in view the dire need of senior secondary students of the school, the school administration has established a separate career and counseling cell in the school. It is an admitted fact that most of the students are not capable to take appropriate decision regarding their future planning after +2 stage. All senior Lecturers of Science Faculty are the members of this cell. The school arranges all information pertaining to different courses of studies and after careful scrutiny of each course, directs the students to pursue further studies. All the parents/guardians have welcomed this move of the institution.

Health Camps

The physical growth and welfare of the students is also one of the main concerns of the school. Various activities and health talks are arranged to create health consciousness among the children. It comprises the immunization, Yoga classes, quiz-competition on health topics and awareness about fatal disease. It also encourages them to have healthy mind along with healthy body.

Celebration and Festivals

Our students celebrate each festival twice, once in school premises along with the staff and other at home with parents. The celebration of the festival in the school educates children about its importance and mode of celebration. This is essential for national integration and unity of the country.

Educational Tours

This school is arranging educational tours to those students who score 65% and more marks in C.T.’s/Term Exams. to various places every year, preferably after completion of the entire syllabus to give meaningful exposure to the students with the consent of the parents and guardians. Although it is not compulsory to any child to attend these tours.

Games/Sports

We are equally concerned with the physical growth of our children. We have highly skilled PET, DPE and karate coach who continuously struggle to prepare and ensure participation of the students at District Level, State Level and National Level in games/sports.
